The Wilde Players

My last night shift...before heading for work,I'm meeting Peter and the rest at Trellis Towers...a condo in Toa Payoh, Peter's place for an evening of pizza and movie...what else if not, The Importance of Being Earnest...
Took the MRT to Toa Payoh and I asked for directions to Toa Payoh Lor 1...Uncle at the MRT control station told to to take bus 231, white plate...hmm...u mean theres other colored plates? haha, apparently only 2...white and green...will find out what's the difference next time.

Bus came and I happily sat...saw a condo, then I asked the driver if that was Trellis Towers...he told me I had missed a stop...he was very nice to give directions...few minutes later, i reached my destination...

WOW...the building was so cool and fascinating...I stopped and took my Sony T100 and caught Trellis Towers...In my excitement, I failed to notice, there were 2 pairs of eyes on me...I realised that the security guards at the condo were looking...Maybe they think I'm "jakun"...anyhow, one of the security guard was a handsome Malay chap...he approached me and asked if I needed help...I said I should be able to find my way...then he asked if I was visiting and advised me to write down my name in the visitor's book...he has a winning smile...

Jimi and Chad were already there...the table was laid with pizza, crackers and cheese and Ribena as well as red wine...good food, good movie, good company...what else can you ask for...its gonna be a great evening!
Clara came and soon after Yenni arrived...Shannon was doing her community service and would arrive later...

So we watched the movie...Rupert Everett and Colin Firth were charming...there were Reese Witherspoon and Judi Dench too, accomplished actresses...I was of cos more interested to see Ms Prism...to my surprise, she is someone who does not look too old, seems very prim and proper and was hiding her feelings for someone she loves, Dr Chasuble (char siew pao?)

She's a cool old woman....I certainly can play the part...haha...After the movie, we went into further details of the production...I left earlier at around 2215hrs otherwise I will be late for work...

Sigh...the cute security guard is no longer there, I think his shift has ended...well, I'm sure this is not the 1st and last time I will be here...so i will still get to see him...god's willing :P
