Premature...

Remember I just mentioned that my night shift went fine...haha...i said that line too early...

Shortly after, I got a call from my operator. A guest requested to wake his colleague up. So, accompanied with my Security Officer, we went to the room. No answer so we went in...An overwhelming stench overcame us...We saw the guest lying on the floor...quickly checked if he was breathing...*phew* A pool of vomit was beside him...EEEWWW, i could add to that pool of vomit...bluek!
Informed the friend that his colleague is not awake. He told me to wake him up 1/2 hr later.

Went up again after 1/2 hour, guest still lying down...best, he flipped and slept on his puke...DOUBLE EEEEWWWW!!! Again, the urge to vomit is great but I controlled.
Guest responded and asked to be woken up 15 minutes later.

When I went down, his friend was at the Reception. He wanted to go up to the room. We all went up and boy, that man shook his friend up. The drunken man was awake and in a daze. Anyhow, he checked out soon after. I met him at checkout and relayed "bad" news to him. Informed him that there will be charges if the stains can't be removed...I believe it cant be removed...its gonna cost him a bomb...

That's not all....Another bad incident happened. A lady was on the line asking about my GM. i offered to take over the call. It was a challenging guest that i previously assisted before...sigh, she's gonna give us a hard time again...

The last bad thing was to take a pic of the vomit, to be attached to the report. I got Mayte to follow...we both nearly vomit...thought of posting the pic here, but decided against it...lest u guys puke too...

Finally done...Gonna go Qiji have my bfast with my night team.
