This week has been a week of goodbyes....Goodbyes are hard to do...especially so if the one that is leaving is someone dear or close to us...
1st was Sandra, my Senior Trainee...she finished her attachment and is now enjoying the high life...she is a tai-tai lah...doing nothing except get busy for her wedding preparations. She had been a wonderful trainee...she's as good as a senior staff at the Front Office and even superseeded some of the full time staff.
Emily's last day was yesterday...we took pictures...me and Emily make wonderful pictures...haha...her last day was pretty eventful...she lost her masterkey and boy, it was a hassle...
Anyhow, I know Emily for about 7 years...we are not that close but certainly not distant. Saw her during her good and bad times... One thing about Emily...her bahasa melayu is more "hebat" than mine...
I think I have grown immune to all these goodbyes that I do not tear...usually my waterpipe will burst....Anyhow, I think Emily was controlling herself....she refused Frankie's hug...that says something....cos I know Emily as sumone who is touchy...what I mean is she can just hug sumone or touch their butts...I think she will burst if Frankie or I hugged her...hmm...she's gone now, will definitely miss her...she is someone who listens and cares. I always lament to her about things but she always there to give assurance and make me feel better!She nags but in a good sense...so that the staff do their work well...
Kak Em, good luck in your future endeavours...I will miss you loads!

Another rainy day during this hot summer :( It is real sad to leave things that you've build behind....career,friendship,bones, feelings. But it still happen. Is there a way not letting it happen?
