Off Day Part 1

After 4 days of night shift, its my well deserved 2 days off...yay!...plans all lined up for the 2 days...

Oh yeah...I found out who the anonymous gal is...That gal is Jo's baby. Jo is her baby...:) now I know.

Anyhow, that Wednesday evening, arranged to meet Jo at Asiaworks...well, to get my brother's thumbdrive from him and also pass him money (my share for Jimi's bday celebration). Sorry ah, still owe u $5... pass to u next time or I get Gan to pay for me 1st...
Hmm, no intention to be at the Basic Course walk-in, so thought would just meet him downstairs...somehow followed Jo up...the social butterfly in me was not alive that day, only spoke to people I know...otherwise I would be chatting the rest up...haha

After that, took the MRT to Novena...meeting up with my work frens at United Square Starbucks..I was earlier than them...cos they went shopping and did their stuff. Sadiq,Daniel,Frankie and Suelyn...I tot i will be the late one...so while waiting, I "reckied" the place for dining options...I was famished...There was Pastamania and Pizza Hut and the usual McDonalds...

Went around and noticed that generally the shops are for expectant mothers and kids...Seems United Square is the mummy n kiddy hub...was regretting that I didnt bring my Sony to capture some of the nice sights (with me included :P)

Finally they came and we headed to Pastamania... Just as we went in, a group of smelly, noisy young gals (about 15 of them) entered too...I guess they just had their volleyball practice, Lucky for us, they sat alfresco, so the noise and the smell didn't get to us..haha. We quickly ordered to prevent unnecessary delays...a hungry lady is an angry lady!

Had our meal and we proceeded to Starbucks...it was a very nice and cosy ambience...I like it a lot...Sadiq and Daniel have good taste...The sofa set is so condusive for lounging around...you can even fall asleep...after food and coffee...anyway, got Sadiq to snap some pictures on his camera phone...Frankie got his Digi too so we snapped away...

I was the butt of the jokes that day....shall not elaborate here...only Suelyn, Frank, Daniel and Sadiq has the priviledge...haha
Gan called and asked if I wanted to join his at Obar...Hmm, after consideration, I decided to catch a movie with Sadiq instead...actually wanted to heads home with Frankie but was "avoiding" him...hehe, he knows why...

Dear Daniel dropped us at Cineleisure and we bought our tickets for Infamous...Sandra Bullock was in it...its gotta be cool! Had my two favourite men, Ben and Jerry, for dessert...couldn't get enough of the chocolate with brownies...yummy!

The show was great...I nearly fell asleep...tiredness, not boredom...but Sadiq tapped me...We then headed home in our separate taxis...

Long but fun day...gonna catch Shrek 3 the next day...
